GOVERNMENT EXPERIENCE: Ms. Lindoerfer is a licensed California attorney. She has represented public employers in a wide variety of legal matters, including employee discipline, employment discrimination complaints and investigations, and general civil litigation defense. She also served as a Regional Attorney at the Public Employment Relations Board. In addition to her experience as an attorney, Ms. Lindoerfer has served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at El Camino, Pasadena, and Citrus community colleges. She also worked as a human resources manager at Pomona Unified School District, the State University of New York Central Administration, and California State University Long Beach.
Ms. Lindoerfer had investigated numerous complaints of employee misconduct, including complaints of harassment and discrimination and has presented numerous sexual harassment awareness trainings during her career. She has also conducted numerous interactive processes with disabled employees, frequently being successful in returning the disabled employee to successful work in some capacity for the employer. Ms. Lindoerfer specializes in sexual harassment and hostile work environment investigations.
EDUCATION:
Ms. Lindoerfer received her B.A. fro the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York, and her Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law. She was first admitted to the California Bar in 1977.
RELATED EXPERIENCE: Ms. Lindoerfer is an experienced mediator with the Los Angles County Superior Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Pane. She has served on volunteer commissions for the City of Pasadena and volunteers for the Western Justice Center as a mediator and facilitator.
