His responsibilities included managing personnel and criminal investigations, specializing in areas such as discrimination, harassment, and hostile work environment. Post-retirement in November 2013, Mr. Nation continued his investigative career with Oliver, Thomas, Pierce, and Patty Investigations, focusing on personnel investigations.
