GOVERNMENT EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Wicker served on the Cypress Police Department for thirty-two (32) year. He retired as the Chief of Police. He specializes in internal affairs investigations for governmental agencies.
EDUCATION:
Mr. Wicker received an AA Degree from Cerritos College, B.S. Degree from
Cal. State University, Fullerton and a second BS Degree from H.O.P.E. University, International. He also is an honor graduate from the California Police Command College.
RELATED EXPERIENCE:
Mr. Wicker is a licensed private investigator, management consultant and provides team building/strategic planning workshops. He was the consulting investigator for the California Department of Justice inquiry of the operations of the Riverside Police Department. Mr. Wicker taught Police Management courses for the California Commission on Peace Officers Standards and Training for California State University (Long Beach) and Team Building Workshops for California Department of Justice.
