PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

With over two decades of professional experience, Ms. Allen is an accomplished Assistant Compliance Officer at the University of California, Irvine, spearheading the coordination of the institution's response to violations of Whistleblower Policies. Her expertise extends to investigating a diverse range of complaints, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, sexual misconduct, fraud, and abusive conduct, with a special focus on community members such as law enforcement and healthcare workers. Concurrently, her role as a Private Investigator at Allen Morris Investigations involves conducting workplace investigations for small municipalities and school districts, showcasing proficiency in open source intelligence (OSINT) research, and addressing cases of missing persons and parental abductions.

Prior to Ms. Allen’s current roles, she served as a Paralegal at Fonda & Frazer, LLC, Anaheim, California, from 1993 to 2005, where I managed legal documents, provided administrative support to senior partners, and played a pivotal role in coordinating conferences and meetings between attorneys and clients, particularly in the context of medical malpractice cases. Kathie’s commitment to excellence is evident not only through her extensive professional background but also in her active involvement in committees such as the Risk Intelligence Committee and the Campus Ethics and Compliance Risk Committee, where she contributes to discussions on emerging compliance issues and potential vulnerabilities across various campus operations.
