PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Throughout his career, Dan Bressler served in supervisory and management roles with multiple California law enforcement agencies, including as a Sergeant with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office and Riverside County Sheriff’s Office, and as a Lieutenant with the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office. His experience includes oversight of workplace and internal investigations, policy development and implementation, organizational leadership, and supervision of specialized units, including SWAT, dispatch, traffic, detectives, and multi-agency task forces.
In addition to his extensive field and command experience, Mr. Bressler possesses a strong academic and professional credentialing background. He earned a Juris Doctor degree from Taft University, where he received the William Howard Taft Award for outstanding academic achievement. He also holds a Master of Public Administration from Golden Gate University, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from California State University, Fullerton, and an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from Orange Coast College.
Mr. Bressler additionally holds the Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential through Society for Human Resource Management, reflecting advanced expertise in workplace investigations, organizational leadership, and human resources practices. He also maintains the Association of Workplace Investigators Certificate Holder (AWI-CH) designation through Association of Workplace Investigators, demonstrating specialized training and competency in conducting impartial workplace investigations.
Mr. Bressler has completed specialized training in Internal Affairs Investigations, Traffic Program Management, Crime Scene Investigation, and numerous other areas related to leadership, public safety, and workplace investigations.
