PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Harvill has thirty years of law enforcement experience. He worked at the Ventura Police Department, the Ventura County District Attorney’s Office, and the Santa Barbara County District Attorney’s Office. As Supervising District Attorney Investigator, Mr. Harvill conducted county employee administrative investigations. Mr. Harvill has completed officer-involved shooting training and internal affairs programs at California State University, Long Beach.
Mr. Harvill holds a Master of Science in Emergency Services Administration from California State University, Long Beach. Before receiving his Master’s, Mr. Harvill attended California State University, Long Beach, earning a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Studies and associate degrees from Ventura College in Administration of Justice.
