Netta Gruttman is a seasoned legal professional with a wealth of experience in employment law and workplace investigations. Currently serving as a Contract Attorney at Norman A. Traub & Associates, LLC in Westlake Village, CA, she specializes in investigating intricate workplace complaints, including issues of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation for a diverse range of private and public clients. Prior to this role, she founded Gruttman Law in Los Angeles, where she has been the Managing Partner since May 2018. In this capacity, Netta adeptly handles complex workplace complaints, delving into areas such as Title IX investigations, and is proficient in advanced interviewing techniques, trauma-informed interviewing, and interpreter-assisted interviewing. She is also known for preparing detailed investigative reports and delivering training sessions on employment law and best workplace practices.

With a solid foundation in her legal career, Netta Gruttman has demonstrated her investigative prowess as an Investigator at Public Interest Investigations, Inc., based in Los Angeles. As part of Keith Rohman's elite group of investigators, she focuses on probing workplace and campus complaints, showcasing her commitment to upholding fairness and justice in diverse professional and educational environments. Netta's legal journey began with a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where she earned accolades for her contributions to the Hastings Business Law Journal and received American Jurisprudence Awards in various legal disciplines. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
